Pimple Problem?? There is a Solution!
Pimple issues plague everyone from teenagers to middle aged individuals.
Many people use to think if you made it through your teenage year’s acne free you were set.
This however is not true; acne can affect anyone at any age!
There are many causes of acne, but with all the causes there is one key factor that must be observed and that is taking great care of your skin.
In order to take proper care of your skin you must figure out what skin type you have …oily, dry or combination.
It is important to figure this out because you don’t want to over dry your skin if it is already dry
...and you don’t want to leave to much oil on the surface if it is overly oily.

Not allowing the oil to build up on your face during the day will help reduce the amount of acne. Simply keep a soft cloth and dab the oily spots several times daily, to prevent build up.

Wash and cleanse your way to a clear complexion…
There is nothing worse than preparing for an event and waking up the morning of with a pimple on your face ...or better yet a pimple nose, like a North Star shining bright!
Sometimes with chronic severe acne simply washing your face with a normal face cleanser is not enough
...and you should seek out a medicated…natural if possible, face wash.
Make sure to get a cleanser that is meant to dry the acne and not your entire face, remember that your face needs to maintain a healthy level of natural skin oils.
Use your preferred face wash for awhile and ask your self ..."is my acne getting better, or do I need to try another product."
Always transition your skin gently to a new product.
When trying a new product wash a small area before your whole face, to avoid a wide spread allergic reaction.
DO NOT wash your face with hot water!!
Washing your face with warm water is okay, but washing your face with the screaming hot water you put in your bath tub is a big no-no!
Hot water has a tendency to dry skin, all skin, and cause flaking.
This is something you should keep in mind next time you run that 200 degree bath.
Keep the water lukewarm and try to keep your face care products, cleanser, toner, and exfoliate as natural as humanly possible.
Chemically based acne cleansers are notorious for causing chemical burns, of the painful variety!

Witch hazel is a great all natural astringent. Apply to pimple after popping, or after face washing.

To pop or not to pop, that is the question…..
Wanting to pop a zit, or the acne on your face is human nature; you have two types of people, when it comes to popping a zit.
The pop a zit people who simply pop the zit, and the pickers.
The pickers are the people who walk around with big scabs on there face because they pop the zit and then pick at the scab.
You most definitely do not ever want to be a picker; this is what leads to nasty acne scarring!
A zit is bacteria trapped under the skin, if you feel the need to pop a zit…
which is not directly advised using your dirty finger nails, then you must wash your hands and face toughly afterwards.
Leaving the bacteria under the skin is not a good idea either but many researchers suggest that when the zit is ready to pop it will rupture during normal face washing.
They say this is the most hygienic procedure to expelling the bacteria.
If the zit pops and you are not washing your face it is recommended that you wash your face ASAP.
If you simply can’t wait and must pop the zit then cover your face and fingers with a cotton pad or tissue
...and never ever pick it, simply squeezing it will pop it if it is ready to pop!
Picking at a pimple and forcing it to pop can lead to a sore, and sores can lead to acne scars!
And once again do not pick at an already popped zit or scab!!
