Acne cleansers are great!... if you know which ones to choose!

Acne cleansers work extremely well if in addition... you are applying a 1. cleanse, 2. balancer and 3. moisturize and protect, regular regime of skin care.

A pro active treatment that really works is out there. Your challenge is to find the right one for your particular situation. I would highly encourage you to look for treatments that are from a company that has a philosophy of natural-to-the-skin.

I have found some amazing all natural clays and cleansing crystals that do a great job at extracting out all the oil with out irritation or breakouts. A little later I will post my recommendations.

A skin acne product will work much better if it is formulated from plant based, botanical ingredients that will agree with the skin instead of irritating and making it red. Virtually all foods eaten come from plants, either directly from staple foods and other fruit and vegetables, or indirectly through livestock or other animals, which rely on plants for their nutrition.

Plants are the fundamental base of nearly all food chains because they use the energy from the sun and nutrients from the soil and atmosphere and convert them into a form that can be consumed and utilized by animals; this is what ecologists call the first trophic level.

I hope I am not getting too heavy here... I just know how important this is to the health and beauty of your skin. It makes a lot of sense that if we feed on plants and our animals do too, then we should be applying botanicals to our bodies.

Acne cleansers that "feed" your skin should be plant based with no artificial colors, or anything that is not natural to the body! ( I will have a lot of recommendations for you later on.)
